Castle Hill Rotary Proud Heritage
Castle Hill Rotary: A Legacy of Service & Community
For nearly 60 years, Castle Hill Rotary has been at the heart of the Hills Shire, making a lasting impact through service, connection, and community spirit.
Founded on March 18, 1965, with just 29 dedicated members, our club has grown into a thriving community of nearly 50 passionate individuals, committed to creating positive change.
Our Symbol: A Tribute to Our Roots
Our club’s original badge told the story of who we are and where we’ve come from.
🌿 The Orange Tree – A nod to the Hills Shire’s deep agricultural history, where citrus groves flourished for generations.
⚙️ The Rotary Wheel & Federation Star – A mark of our service and unity, reflecting our commitment to both local and global communities.
⭐ Five Oranges – Representing the Southern Cross, a symbol of Australia’s identity and resilience.
Though our original badge is no longer in circulation and we have a unified Rotary logo, the orange tree remains a powerful symbol of our heritage—rooted in history, growing towards the future.
Join us as we continue to serve, connect, and make a difference for generations to come.
